6.2 down!!!

Very excited about this week’s weigh in.  Official weight since last Saturday is 202.6 which is a beautiful loss of 6.2 pounds! Honestly, it’s the first time in MONTHS that I have stayed on plan for a full week and I guess it’s showing. I started taking my 800 vitamins/supplements a day that the Dr. prescribed and I got my B12 shot for the week and I ate like I’m supposed to and stayed within my daily ww points and what do you know…I actually lost weight! Think I should do it again this week… :)

2 good days

it’s not much but it’s a record lately. hoping today will be good day #3! I’m definately more determined now it’s just still so hard but it’s okay…i can do it

excited for a new week

Finally it’s Sunday. This week has seemed so long. Thursday I went to the dr. and got my stitches out and finally got the clear to start exercising. Excited about that. Tried to walk with the girls on Friday but it was rough - between months of not exercising and the 2 flat tires on the jogging stroller we didn’t do so great. We did make it a good hour but my pace was pretty slow (65lbs is a lot to push on flat tires!)

So this weekend I ate awful. Ate awful and feel awful. I feel very ready to give that up. Healthy eating for a healthy me…that’s what I’m after. So hopefully this week will be okay. I’m hoping to stay on track all week with my points and hopefully get out a few times for some better walks.

Thanks everyone for your support and sticking with me! I’ve been bad at getting online and awful at keeping  up with everyone so I’m going to try better with that this week too. Happy Sunday! Have a great new week!!
