6.2 down!!!
Very excited about this week’s weigh in. Official weight since last Saturday is 202.6 which is a beautiful loss of 6.2 pounds! Honestly, it’s the first time in MONTHS that I have stayed on plan for a full week and I guess it’s showing. I started taking my 800 vitamins/supplements a day that the Dr. prescribed and I got my B12 shot for the week and I ate like I’m supposed to and stayed within my daily ww points and what do you know…I actually lost weight! Think I should do it again this week… ![]()
