Going down…
So today was my 1st weigh in though honestly, I only ‘tried’ the last 2 days. I did lose 2.4 last week so not too bad I’d say for only 2 days of effort.
Today is a strange one because dh ‘may’ be working this afternoon but he’s not sure. Hard to plan my day around his possible day. I decided to send my step back so I may do one last workout on that before it goes. I do plan to get a new one but the dvd that came with this one doesn’t work plus it’s really too small (not the full club size). I have some gift cards so I think I’ll get myself the regular, full size one.
Official weight was 202.8. Only 3 pounds from ‘onederland’. It was only a few months ago I was stuck at 195 so it really shouldn’t be that exciting to get back to 199…but it is. I’m glad I weighed today because it will keep me motivated for tomorrow. Tomorrow is dh’s birthday and he already said he wants Red Robin. I went to their website to calculate my ww points and plan ahead what to eat…holy poop! I found nothing under 1000 calories and everything (eve salads) seem to be about 50 grams of fat! (no wonder it’s so stinking good) So I played around and if I get the blackened chicken sandwhich I love and lose the roll and change the fries for apple slices I can come in at 13 points which is pretty darn good. We’ve decided no cake which will help a lot too though I’ll probably get myself a little ww ice cream thing since everyone will have treats too.
Wow, look at the time. I’m getting totally carried away talking to myself!
Time to get moving with my day (and hopefully moving with some exercise)

Great job on the loss. Hope you have fun at the B-day supper. My hubby’s B-Day is today and I feel bad cause I have nothing for him. I might go get him a cupcake so that there is only enough for him.
Your Red Robin’s food choice is a great one! I too would have picked that option.
